That is why GAPS fully implements the 70:20:10 learning & development
model where learning & development through experience IS THE FOCUS.
Our vision on
project management learning
We stimulate our project management learners to experiment with the
project management tools & techniques and we actively support them with
project management mentoring and formal learning experiences and
trainings.
We believe that our practical project management knowledge is efficiently
transferred through formal education, and that our on-field project
management expertise is a source of best-practice inspiration during
project case driven mentoring sessions.
Our project management learning experiences and trainings are always
designed around experiments, exercises and case studies, mostly offered in
blended and hybrid formats.
And at the choice of our learners, the trainings can simply augmented to full
70:20:10 project management learning tracks by adding our superb
mentoring and on-field support.
Above all, the project management learning tracks are designed with the
learner in mind! At GAPS, we believe that program and project managers,
project executives and project team members have different needs and
