Our Project Management
Training Characteristics
STYLISH & SUPPORTING
MATERIAL
Our material supporting the project management learning
experiences is recently adapted to the current norms for
educational material and has a fresh and dynamic appearance,
in line with modern pedagogic concepts. The material is very
visual to make concepts stick better (1 image says more than 1,000
words!).
STORY TELLING
An important but often under-used pedagogical technique is
“story-telling”. It is however proven that people become more
attentive when (real-life experience) stories are shared rather
than hearing theoretical concepts being explained. Our learning
experiences are full of stories which are directly taken from real
project experiences.
DIVERSIFIED APPROACH
Our learning experiences do not make use of a linear and un-
diversified approach where solely “ex-cathedra” lecturing is
provided. The time of the learning experiences is on average
spread as follows: 40% exercises, 25% knowledge sharing
amongst participants, 20% story telling and 15% introduction of
theoretical concepts.
AGILE LEARNING
Our coach always implements the “Agile” learning principle. This
implies that, to a certain extent and when relevant, the training
scenario can be modified -“à la minute”- to the specific needs,
concerns and questions of the participants. As such, the learning
experience is continuously tailored to the participants, making the
content as relevant as possible.
NO SINGLE DULL MOMENT
By making use of different multimedia, such as video clips, but
also the use of polling software to organize group discussion as
well as participative presentations, there is no room for a single
dull moment or boredom. The engagement of the participants is
crucial for a successful learning and is therefore an attention point
for our coaches.
MULTIPLE DAY FORMATS
When a learning experience stretches over multiple days, it can be
organized in a consecutive set of days. However, in order not to
burden the participants agenda, we always suggest to spread it in
an one day per week or month sequence. Our e-learning formats
are always organized as two-hour sessions, spread over time.
LECTURING
Classroom format with a project management coach that is
actively present to continuously support the participants. At the
choice of the client, all learning experiences can be delivered in
English or Dutch. Dutch, English, French and German are also
supported when a participant feels more comfortable to interact
in those languages.
TRAINING MATERIAL
All our materials are created in English and delivered digitally.
Participants will receive the used presentation material in PDF
format on a personal 16 GB USB stick, also containing additional
project management reference materials.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
GOODIES
All participants will receive stationary which they can take away
home. They will also receive a GAPS branded wearable as well as a
personal certificate to prove their attendance.
ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM
All our project management trainings are supported by our online
learning platform “https://learning.2e3.eu”. Participants get a free
access of 6 months to the platform where they can re download
